A bathroom is the hardest place in a building to put a ceramic. The pieces sit in standing water and soap residue every day, they get knocked against taps and stone counters, and they are picked up with wet hands. That is the practical reason we build in stoneware rather than earthenware: it is fired hot enough to become dense and non-porous, so it does not drink up water at an unglazed foot, and it is harder to chip against a hard surface.

Do you manufacture the bathroom sets yourself, or buy them in?
The ceramic is manufactured in our own unit in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh. The bodies are cast, finished, glazed and fired here rather than sourced from a third party and relabelled. The one part of a set that is not ceramic is the chrome pump fitted to the soap dispenser, which is a metal component. For a bulk buyer that split matters, because it means the pieces themselves come with manufacturer-direct pricing, one accountable contact from enquiry through to dispatch, and control over the glaze and the finish on your particular run.
Can we change what goes into a set?
Yes, and it is worth raising early because it affects the quote. The standard build is three pieces: a soap dispenser with a chrome pump, a tumbler and a soap dish. Combinations beyond that, whether dropping a piece, adding a tray, or ordering a single component in volume, are handled per enquiry rather than fixed in advance. Will the glaze stand up to water, soap and bathroom cleaners?
The pieces are stoneware, fired hot enough that the body becomes dense and non-porous rather than absorbing water the way a lower-fired earthenware would. That is the property that matters in a bathroom, where a piece sits in standing water and soap residue every day. The fired glaze surface is what you clean, and it takes ordinary bathroom cleaning without dulling. We would steer you away from abrasive scouring pads and harsh scouring powders on any glazed ceramic, since those attack the glaze itself rather than the soil sitting on it.
Can you match a glaze to our tiles or sanitaryware?
We mix glazes to a brief, and matching into an existing bathroom scheme is one of the more common requests. The honest constraint is that a fired glaze cannot be matched reliably against a tile sample or a printed swatch, because the colour shifts in the kiln and a bathroom tile is not fired the way our stoneware is. We work from a fired sample instead, so you are approving the real thing rather than a prediction. A custom colour carries its own minimum per colour, separate from the order minimum, so send the reference and the quantities together and we will tell you what is workable before anything is committed.
If we add a logo, is it fired on or applied afterwards?
On bathroom sets it is fired on. A logo can be hand-painted onto the piece and fired into the glaze, which makes it permanent and means it survives daily washing for the life of the piece. We do not offer applied or stuck-on branding on bathroom ware, because anything sitting on top of the glaze lifts and scuffs once a piece is washed and handled every day, and a peeling logo on a hotel bathroom counter is worse than no logo at all. Since the mark is painted by hand rather than machine-printed, very fine text, photographic artwork and strict colour matching are the practical limits. Send us the artwork and we will tell you what will carry on a fired surface and what is better placed on the packaging.
Can we reorder the same design in a year?
Repeat orders are normal, and they are one of the reasons buyers move to a manufacturer rather than to a trader holding whatever stock happens to be in the warehouse. Two things are worth flagging at the first order rather than the second. Tell us if you expect to reorder, so we can let you know whether a design is one we are likely to keep running. And expect slight glaze variation between a batch fired now and one fired a year from now, because the pieces are glazed and finished by hand. If a close match across two separate orders matters to you, say so and we will plan the glaze batches around it.
If one piece of a set breaks in transit, is the whole set lost?
No, and this is a practical advantage of buying from the factory rather than from a trader. Because the pieces are made here, a single replacement dispenser, tumbler or dish can be produced and sent, rather than the set being written off or you being asked to buy another complete set to recover one piece. Tell us what arrived damaged, with photographs, and we will sort out the replacement. Sets are packed to travel together so the pieces stay matched, and the packing specification is confirmed with your quote, since a shelf-ready retail carton and a pallet going to a hotel group are not the same job.
Do you have a minimum order for bathroom sets?
We keep minimums flexible rather than fixing a single cut-off, and mixed orders across designs and across categories are welcome, so a bathroom set order can travel with jars or vases on the same dispatch. Work that is set up specifically for you, a custom glaze colour or a bespoke shape with its own mould cut for it, carries a higher minimum than a plain order of an existing design, and that figure is open to discussion rather than fixed.
