Which ceramic should you order?
“Ceramic” covers three very different materials, and the right one depends on how the piece will be used. Here is the plain-English difference, and why we build in stoneware.
Earthenware
Fired at lower temperatures, so it stays softer and more porous and chips more easily. Fine for purely decorative pieces, less suited to heavy daily use.
Stoneware
Fired hot until dense and non-porous: hard, chip-resistant, and durable enough for everyday use. Food-safe, lead-free, microwave- and dishwasher-safe. The workhorse for functional homeware.
Porcelain
The whitest, finest, and most translucent, but also the most delicate and costly to produce. Prized for premium tableware where the look matters more than ruggedness.

Can you make a completely custom design, or only your catalogue?
Either. Send a sketch, photo, physical sample, or even just a description, along with your rough quantity, and we manufacture to it: custom shapes, sizes, forms, and glazes. You are not limited to our existing range.
What do you not make?
We make bathroom sets, vases, storage jars, decorative pieces, and cup and saucer sets. We do not manufacture plates, mugs, jugs, coasters, or cabinet knobs. If your range needs one of those, it is better to know at the enquiry stage than after a sample round.
Can you add our own brand or logo to the pieces?
Yes. We offer custom branding and logo options so the pieces carry your identity rather than ours. Share your artwork and we work it into the run. Ideal for private-label and retail buyers.
Will every piece in a bulk order look identical?
Our stoneware is finished and glazed by hand, so slight natural variation in tone and finish between pieces is normal, a characteristic of hand-finished ceramic, not a defect. Shapes and dimensions stay consistent, and if you need a close colour match across a large run, flag it up front and we plan the glaze batches around it.
What do "food-safe" and "lead-free" actually mean for your pieces?
It means the glazes on our functional stoneware are formulated without lead or other harmful leaching, so they are safe for food and drink contact, and the fired surface is microwave- and dishwasher-safe. Purely decorative pieces are built to be displayed rather than eaten from.
Why order direct from the manufacturer instead of a trader or marketplace?

What affects the cost of a custom ceramic order?
Cost is driven by the size and weight of the piece, the complexity of the shape, the glaze and whether it is hand-painted, the degree of customisation, and the quantity. Larger runs bring the per-piece cost down. Because every brief is different, we quote each custom order individually rather than listing fixed prices.
What is your minimum order, and can I sample first?
We keep minimums flexible rather than fixing a single cut-off, so a smaller trial run before a large order is usually workable. Tell us your numbers. You can also order samples from our existing range, and for custom work we produce a sample for your approval before the full run.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on the design, the level of customisation, and the quantity, so we confirm a firm timeline with your quote rather than quoting one number for every job.
How do you pack and ship so the order arrives intact?
Ceramics travel badly if packed carelessly, so the packing is specified per order. Natural straw is our usual cushioning material, since it is light and inexpensive and protects the pieces without adding the weight and cost of synthetic fillers. What a given order actually uses depends on the destination and the mode of transport, because a shelf-ready retail carton and a long-haul pallet are not the same job. We confirm the packing spec with your quote, and packed consignments go out through an established, trusted logistics partner that delivers across India.
